On June 30th, in Stuttgart, Germany, the first-phase milestone report meeting of the SAP project (Smart4us) was successfully convened, marking a substantive breakthrough in the company's global digital transformation.

自項目正式啟動以來，集團總部與SEG歷經4個多月深度協(xié)作，聚焦多元業(yè)務需求與行業(yè)最佳實踐的融合深化，為公司全球化與數(shù)字化協(xié)同發(fā)展確立關鍵路徑。

Since the official launch of the project, the Group Headquarters and SEG have carried out more than four months of in-depth collaboration, focusing on the integration and deepening of diversified business needs and industry best practices, so as to establish a key path for the company's global and digital collaborative development.

會議上，相關負責人對項目實施進展、階段性成果、存在問題及下一步重點工作進行了詳細匯報。截至目前，已完成“全球模板”現(xiàn)狀整理分析、系統(tǒng)適配性檢測，以及整體應用架構的高階設計，為下一階段的藍圖詳細設計及S4升級奠定了堅實的基礎。經過充分討論，相關與會人員就項目推進達成共識：持續(xù)加強各方協(xié)作，高效調配全球資源，為第二階段工作做好準備。

At the meeting, relevant responsible persons made a detailed report on the project implementation progress, phased achievements, existing problems and key tasks for the next step. Up to now, the status quo collation and analysis of the "global template", system adaptability testing, and high-level design of the overall application architecture have been completed, laying a solid foundation for the detailed blueprint design and S4 upgrade in the next phase. After full discussion, the relevant participants reached a consensus on the project promotion: continue to strengthen the collaboration of all parties, efficiently allocate global resources, and make preparations for the work in the second phase.SEG Smart4us

項目以“全球模板”為核心載體，通過流程、數(shù)據(jù)、應用架構的標準化建設，為公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展筑牢數(shù)字根基，而SEG全球模板的建立將系統(tǒng)性支撐集團未來全球模板的搭建，為公司全球數(shù)字化運營奠定關鍵基礎。Taking the "global template" as the core carrier, the SEG Smart4us project builds a solid digital foundation for the company's sustainable development through the standardized construction of processes, data and application architecture. 此次會議不僅是項目階段性成果的總結，更標志著公司數(shù)字化轉型進入 “藍圖詳設-系統(tǒng)升級-價值釋放”的新階段。后續(xù)將以Smart4us項目和集團總部S4項目為起點，通過數(shù)字化力量重構業(yè)務模式，在全球化戰(zhàn)略中搶占技術與管理先機，開啟公司高質量發(fā)展新篇章。
